Manufacturing

Four production stages

From last to box

01

Rapid last profiling

Lasts are profiled quickly so the upper and sole geometry match the intended fit before tooling begins.

02

Tooling and molding

Dedicated molds shape carbon-fiber plates and nylon-composite outsoles under controlled compression.

03

Upper assembly

Laser-cut microfibers are joined with multi-zone heat welding to build a durable upper.

04

Inspection and packaging

Load, torsional rigidity, and cleat-thread torque are checked before each pair is boxed for dispatch.

Core capabilities

Three manufacturing strengths

The capabilities that shape KWING footwear performance and consistency.

Compression molding

Sole compression molding

Dedicated tooling and controlled compression produce consistent carbon-fiber and nylon-composite soles.

Assembly

Automated dial lacing integration

Dial lacing systems are integrated into the assembly line for repeatable closure fit across each run.

Quality

Rigorous abrasion testing

Samples are tested for abrasion resistance to confirm upper and sole durability before dispatch.
