KWING is a cycling shoe company that develops, designs, produces, and sells its own footwear. We keep each stage under one roof so the shoe you evaluate is the shoe we built.
How we work
Design studios beside the toolroom and the line
Our design studio sits directly beside our toolmakers and assembly lines. When a last shape or footbed contour changes, the people drafting it can walk over and see the mold, the material, and the stitch run that will carry it.
Biomechanics evaluation is done in-house and feeds directly into last shapes and footbed arch contours. Production ownership stays in one place, which keeps supply timelines consistent for the partners who depend on them.
